  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS CERTIFICATION

  • Instructions: In this section proposers will provide documentation to demonstrate they have met each Minimum Qualification (MQ) for this RFP. DCYF will review your submission on a pass/fail basis. Organizations that meet all MQs will receive access to the Written Proposal and Budget form.

  • MQ1: PAST EXPERIENCE
    Proposers must have at least 5 years of experience providing two or more of the following services: street outreach, conflict mediation, community de-escalation and safe passage services during the period from 2016-2026. This experience does not have to be continuous and can instead be intermittent within the last 10 years.

    MQ#2: SAN FRANCISCO NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERIENCE
    Proposers must demonstrate experience providing services described in MQ#1 in at least 3 San Francisco neighborhoods during the period from 2016-2026.

    Proposers will certify compliance with MQ1 and MQ2 by:

    • Providing information about contract(s) with the City and County of San Francisco
    • Uploading a Verification of Experience Letter if they have not previously delivered services aligned with this RFP under a City contract.

    Proposers must be currently, and remain throughout the term of the contract, in compliance with the California Office of the Attorney General’s registration and reporting requirements, as reflected in the Registry of Charities and Fundraisers at https://oag.ca.gov/charities.

    Proposers will certify compliance with this MQ by:

    • Indicating they are registered with the Registry of Charities and Fundraisers
    • Entering the name under which their organization is registered and their State Charity Registration Number.
  • MQ3: Is your organization registered with the CA Attorney General's Registry of Charities and Fundraisers?*
  • Proposers must be registered with the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charities and Fundraisers at the time of Intent to Apply submission.

    Based on your response, your organization would not meet this minimum qualification and would not be eligible to submit a proposal for this RFP.

This Release and Waiver is freely given and will be applicable whether or not the responses by said individuals, entities or firms are accurate or not, or made willfully or negligently.
