  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS CERTIFICATION

  • Instructions: In this section proposers will provide documentation to demonstrate they have met each Minimum Qualification (MQ) for this RFP.

  • MQ1: Proposers must have at least 3 years of experience working to design and implement district-wide school improvement initiative for a large metropolitan school district.

    Proposers will certify compliance with this MQ by either:

    • Providing information about the relevant contract(s) with the City and County of San Francisco or San Francisco Unified School District that meet this requirement or
    • Uploading a Verification of Experience Letter if they have not previously delivered services aligned with this RFP under a City contract.

  • MQ2: (FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ONLY): Proposers that are nonprofit organizations must be currently, and remain throughout the term of the contract, in compliance with the California Office of the Attorney General’s registration and reporting requirements, as reflected in the Registry of Charities and Fundraisers at https://oag.ca.gov/charities.

    Proposers will certify compliance with this MQ by either:

    • Proposers will certify compliance by entering the name under which their organization is registered and their State Charity Registration Number.
  • MQ2: Is your organization registered with the CA Attorney General's Registry of Charities and Fundraisers?*
  • Nonprofit organizations must be registered with the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charities and Fundraisers at the time of proposal submission.

    Based on your response, your organization would not meet this minimum qualification and would not be eligible to submit a proposal for this RFP.

This Release and Waiver is freely given and will be applicable whether or not the responses by said individuals, entities or firms are accurate or not, or made willfully or negligently.
